ResearchTrack is an internal tool used by the [PROGRAM NAME] OB/GYN residency program to track resident research progress. This policy describes what information it holds and how that information is used.

What we collect: your name, mobile phone number, program year, research survey responses, research milestone progress, meeting attendance, and documents you choose to upload (such as protocols or IRB approval letters). Please do not upload documents containing patient information.

How it is used: to track research progress across the program, to send you survey links and reminders, and to help the research directors support residents. Your information is visible only to the program's research and program directors and authorized program staff.

Text messaging: your mobile number is used solely to send the messages described in our Text Message Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Service providers: the system runs on established service providers that process data on our behalf (database and file hosting, web hosting, and text-message delivery). They do not use your information for their own purposes.

Retention: research records are kept for the duration of the residency program and archived afterward per program policy. Records are archived rather than deleted so program history stays accurate.
